Terms and Conditions
- The terms of the contract do not affect your statutory rights.
- Retail prices are shown inclusive of VAT apart from
children's clothing.
- Returned or represented cheques will be charged a £7 administration fee.
- Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. Orders are
accepted on the understanding that they will be charged at the prices ruling
at the time of despatch.
- Terms are strictly payment with order.
- Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be
subject to delays out of our control therefore we cannot be held
responsible.
- Claims arising from shortages or damages must be made within 3 days upon
receipt of the goods. Damaged/shortage of parcels must be signed for as
damaged/parcel shortage.
- Goods dispatched to a third party are at your own risk
- Goods remain the property of Murrain Sports until full payment has been
received.
- Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your
purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the dispatch date. Please
return with your receipt for a return or exchange. The goods must be in
a "New and unused condition" and resalable . This does not affect your
statutory rights.
- Cancellations: These can be accepted if after 28 days
part or complete order has not been dispatched.
- All goods are subject to delivery costs unless collected from our
premises giving prior notice.
- All delivery charges apply to the UK. If ordering from overseas please
check costs by phoning the telephone number below.
Ordering
Retail customers: there is no minimum order value
and deliveries will be between 5 - 21 days.
Sales Department hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm. Except Wednesday 9:30am
