What we do with your Personal Data.
We use your Personal Data so we can keep you in touch with new Events in the E.W.S.K.A. (MSKC) Calendar and for this reason we need your email address to notify you. We may sometimes need to post information when your Karate Licence is due for renewal. We need a telephone number so we can communicate in an emergency if a member is injured. Your Data is only used within the E.W.S.K.A. (MSKC) Association e.g. Name, address, date of birth and your grading details.
Keeping your Personal Data stored.
We will keep your Personal Data for a minimum of 3 years for reasons of personal claim injuries. We will keep it longer unless the member asks for the removal.
